For the field Pages, input the page ranges of the chapter from the book.

Double click the citation record and select Edit to start editing: When a book citation is added to EndNote from the reference would be added as the reference type “Book” by default. But you can create a citation for a book chapter of the book by editing the citation information of the record in EndNote.
